We are NICEIC Approved & conduct EICR reports all over central London and Surrey.

This was previously called the Periodic Inspection Report & sometimes a Fixed Wire Test.

This is a common term used for the testing that takes place, prior to using an EICR.

There are different guidelines for domestic & Commercial.

PAT or Portable Appliance Testing is the process by which safety checks are performed on electrical appliances.

This needs to take place in all commercial & rented properties.

Landlords need to ensure their properties are safe through regular safety inspections.

This means carrying out a safety test prior to every new tenancy and at least every 5 years.
